Community Service (court ordered):
We only have community service opportunities in facilities management (building upkeep), Monday thru Friday from 9am-4pm. If you need after hours or weekend, please contact one of our Thrift Stores
School-aged workers:
Due to safety and oversite standards we require all underage volunteers to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Community Center Programs

Worship Services
Each location offers Sunday School classes (10:00 am) for all ages and morning worship services (11:00 am) each Sunday.
Youth Programs
Each location provides free Character Building scouting programs for children in 1st – 12th grades during the school year. In the summer children can participate in Day Camp in Ann Arbor or Summer Drop-in at Ypsilanti. Some music instruction is also available as well as various other programs during the school year. Call for more information.
Adult Programs
Each location has Women’s Ministry groups that plan programs just for women based on a four-fold system of education, worship, service, and fellowship. Ann Arbor’s group meets on Thursdays at 4:30 pm and Ypsilanti’s meets on Sunday at 4:00 pm. Adult Bible study meets at both locations on Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm. Ann Arbor has a brass band that provides music on Sunday and practices on Thursday evening. New members are welcome. Special Men’s Fellowship is scheduled throughout the year.

Are you concerned about the basics that you need for you and your family?
You can take the first step today by joining the Pathway of Hope to help you navigate the challenges to a better future. To get there, a caseworker will work with you to design a plan around your individual goals, needs and strengths.
